The very unique thing that separates us from many of the other catering companies is our specialization in large events, and more specifically dinners. Simply put, 100% of our efforts every single week go into providing the very best in food and service for our large weddings, corporate functions, and social galas.

We prefer to specialize in the one area that all the guests will be judging your event…on the dinner. When Chef Jack Fisher founded the company in 1986, he wanted to bring his fine dining experience as an Executive Chef at The American Club in Kohler and various Country Clubs to off premise catering. The ability to provide a fine dining experience at any location has thrust Chef Jack’s to the forefront of preferred caterers in the Milwaukee area.

Recognized nationally with the Leading Caterers of America and the
National Caterers Association, Chef Jack’s has catered for many corporate clients,
brides, grooms, and public figures including
President Bill Clinton and Chancellor Helmut Kohl of Germany.

The Chef Jack’s Team

Our staff is a dedicated group that is very knowledgeable about front and back of house operations. One great source of pride for all of us is that every single person employed by Chef Jack’s works out on the events each week. This would include sales staff, event coordinators, kitchen staff, owners, and administrative.

We feel this is very important and creates a comradery that not many can match. The teamwork we create by doing this is not common and in fact to our knowledge not practiced in our area. We feel this gives us a distinct advantage in being the very best for each and every event and being called one of Milwaukee’s best catering companies.

One source of humor is that our Executive Chef, President, or Director of Events is not exempt from cleanup. If you are bored on a Saturday night, stop by Chef Jack’s and say hello to Jack, our Executive Chef, or our sales team…they’ll be running the dishwasher.
